Beaming with Holiday festive feels is SM City San Mateo’s Whimsical Christmas centerpiece for year 2022!
The Whimsical Christmas highlights a 9-feet Christmas wreath at the center of the display. It is said that it is the biggest in the town of San Mateo Rizal to date. The centerpiece also highlights huge Christmas ball chairs that are surely eye-catching! A huge teddy bear sits on a corner of the centerpiece to welcome kids and kids-at-heart who will visit the display.
The launch ceremony highlights a ceremonial light up led by Rizal Vice Governor Board Member John Patrick Bautista, San Mateo Vice Mayor Jimmy Roxas and Councilor Arwin Mariano. They are joined by SM Supermalls Regional Operations Manager Chris Martin Coquia, SM City San Mateo Mall Manager Raymond Bonifacio and Assistant Mall Manager Naelah Tulayba. Performers from Madison Events serenades everyone with a Christmas Musical during the event launch.
“We are excited to see more families and friends taking photos and preserving memories at this beautiful Christmas display. We are grateful that we get witness their heartwarming smiles again when the visit the mall,” says Raymond Bonifacio, SM City San Mateo Mall Manager.
SM City San Mateo launches the Bears of Joy, an annual charity program of SM Supermalls wherein shoppers can also participate by buying a pair of Christmas Teddy Bears for P250 from the Bears of Joy booth. One of the two bears will be donated to a selected charity, while the donor can take the other one home. SM City San Mateo will give the accumulated donated bears to a chosen charity.
