About Parqal

‘Parqal’, a wordplay from ‘park’ and ‘kalye’, aptly embodies Aseana City’s tenets of livability, walkability, and sustainability. 60% of its total area is dedicated to lush green landscapes and recreational facilities. At the center of Parqal lies a climate-protected linear park brimming with greenery. Parqal-goers will find respite from Metro Manila’s ever-changing weather as they explore a vibrant urban oasis while sheltered under a sweeping canopy.

Nestled in the heart of Aseana City, Parqal sits on five hectares of land stretching from Diokno Avenue to Macapagal Boulevard. Parqal blurs the line between public and private space by integrating public amenities into commercial development. The development is a collection of nine independent four-storey buildings. Its architectural expression has a modernized approach to the “Bahay-na-Bato” – the Philippines’ vernacular architecture derived from Hispanic and Chinese influences. The lower floors are designed to host retail and F&B shops whereas the upper floors will be home to offices.

Parqal also has a dedicated station in the Aseana City Loop which facilitates convenient public transport to and from dense commuter hubs Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and Mall of Asia (MOA) through Aseana City. In the future, Parqal will be connected to an elevated walkway network which will connect major thoroughfares and establishments in the estate, including the upcoming Aseana City- Redemptorist LRT Station.

Testament to DMWAI’s commitment to sustainability, Parqal was designed and constructed to meet the rigorous certification requirements of the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) which has stringent criteria on energy consumption, GHG emissions, water consumption, and waste generation, among others.
