Do you agree that watching variety shows/ noontime shows are part of the Filipino pop culture? Since I was a little kid, I always watch those show which usually starts at lunchtime and one of the most popular was the Eat Bulaga! It is a popular noon-time variety show in the Philippines produced by Television And Production Exponents Inc. and aired by GMA Network. Eat Bulaga also holds the record of being the longest-running program on air in the history of local television.

So now, I got a chance to watch it LIVE! The show broadcasts from the APT Studios, Marcos Highway Cainta Rizal,  the studio is very huge and perfect for the larger audience of Eat Bulaga! It is aired Weekdays at 12:00pm to 2:30 pm and Saturdays at 11:30am to 2:30pm.

We all enjoyed the opening prod with Bugoy Drilon and Daryl Ong. They played the famous OPM songs that make us reminisce good memories. What I love about Eat Bulaga! is their energy in giving the Filipino audiences a show all in good fun plus their games that live audiences can really participate and win prizes. “Ikaw ang Pinaka” is the game that live audiences been waiting where they can win up tp Php10,000. I also love their “Bash Station” segment, where participants need to pass the message and can win up tp Php25,000. Sayang lang wala si Yorme but all in all masasaya lahat ng segments lalo na with Paolo and Betong.

My EB Live audience experience is superb, yung ang “saya saya mo lang” na lalabas ng studio. The ambiance in the studio is very homey that you would feel the happiness when your with your loved ones or family.

Last June 5, the show was reformatted with the new hosts Paolo Contis, Buboy Villar, Betong Sumaya, Cassy Legaspi, Mavy Legaspi and Alexa Miro joining as the new hosts of the show. In the same month, Dasuri Choi and Isko Moreno also joined the show. Happy monthsary guys!
